Most people don’t like trying out new products. They often want to stay within their own comfort zone, which is natural for human beings. However, trying out new things can never be that bad, and it could improve your hair a lot.

How Do You Prevent The Hair From Thinning?

There are some things that you could do to prevent hair from thinning. Follow a good hair routine like mentioned above, and eating healthy food. Try to stop eating junk food or just eat less.

Another great tip is working out; we’ll go in-depth about that later on in the article. Most people that are experiencing hair loss start to stress a lot and don’t know what to do.

I’ve had this myself and was very frustrated about what to do with it. I didn’t know anything about hair, that’s when I decided to go to my hairstylist that knew a bit more than myself.

After asking for advice, she told me that most people dealing with this are because of stress. Stress is something that thousands of people are dealing with every day. So, make sure to lower your stress levels and use the right products.

Should You Get A Hair Transplant?

Yes, only if you want to get a hair transplant and can afford it. A thing that a lot of people overlook is that hair transplants will always solve the problem. That’s not always the case since it can also go wrong if you don’t do the right research.

You should look into multiple hair transplant surgeries and ask for advice from professionals. Once they say it’s okay for you to get a hair transplant, then you should do it.

However, hair transplants are often very expensive; therefore, you should try out multiple products first and see if that works for you.

Tips And Tricks

Here are some tips and tricks that could be very helpful. I’ve tried these myself and have helped me a lot in the past. Some of these might not work perfectly for you, but it’s definitely worth trying.

Essential Oils

Essential oils are extremely important. If you feel like your scalp is getting dry, oils are the way to go. It will improve the scalp significantly and make it feel very moisturized.

There are many different oils that you can try out like argan oil, coconut oil, or just shea butter. Remember that you should never overuse oils since it can make your hair feel very heavy, and you don’t want that.

Oils aren’t a bad thing to try out. However, if you’re going to try to do it for at least 2 or 3 months before quitting, it might take some time before seeing actual results, which is for everything you’re going to try.

Workout

Working is something that everyone should do. It doesn’t have to be very exhausting but just starting is already good. Working out is known to be extremely beneficial for the hair so just give it a try and see for yourself.

Start every day by running 1 mile, and after one week, add another mile. Keep doing that for the year, and before you know it, you will feel amazing. It will become a habit, and you get used to it.

It’s known that it takes up to 21 days to build up a habit and stick to it. Once you start liking it, you’ll never quit again and could see significant hair improvements.

Minoxidil

Minoxidil, you should only try out if you are really desperate. Don’t just try this out because you can, and it can lead to breakage or even drying out the scalp.

However, keep in mind that minoxidil can really improve hair growth when used right. So, make sure to ask a professional first before actually purchasing it.

Conclusion

At the end of the day, it’s up to you which tips or tricks you’re going to follow. In short, hair isn’t thinner at the top, but it could feel that way because you’re hair is getting thinner throughout the years.

It’s not something that you can do a lot for if it’s the genetics that causes the problem; however if it isn’t genetics, you should try some hair products that suit your hair type and improve your hair.

Some products like biotin are made to thicken the hair. It’s something that I’ve never tried myself, but it’s worth looking into. Many other products are very helpful, like argan oil, coconut oil, and even sea salt sprays.

This is why it’s extremely important to try out new products and find the right ones that suit your hair type. I hope this article has helped you to improve your hair journey.
